I am a certified / trained Sexological Bodyworker, a Sacred Intimate practitioner, cuddle therapist (in training). I offer one-on-one and couple sessions and I offer workshops related to consent,

My pronouns are “he/they”. I am a white, cis, queer person. I was born in 1983 in Lisbon and grew up in the suburbs. I moved to Germany the first time (where I lived for 3 years) when I was 18 and returned to Germany (Berlin) in 2013. at HZT (Berlin) and I am a certified and trained Sexological Bodyworker by the Institute for Somatic Learning, Sexuality and Bodywork (ISB), Berlin (2021 - 2022).

Within my artistic work, I've been researching entrance points that allow me to look at my own existence beyond the normative narrative. My research on intimacy on stage and on my personal life brought me to research not only the physical body, but also the emotional and the erotic body, as a way to develop technologies that support me to navigate life as a sexual and creative being. With Sexological Bodywork I found an approach in which I can support and guide clients to experience and learn about sexuality, pleasure, consent and related topics through the body.

Expanding my practices as a facilitator, creating workshops in the intersection of Choreography and Bodywork: intimacy, pleasure and consent. My path into bodywork was gradually and in 2022 I finish the training / certification as a Sexological Bodyworker. What attracted me to this type of bodywork was the combination of talking and hands on work, from a very personal perspective of enlarging the horizon and allowing to embrace all my weirdness and how I navigate. I became very aware that the core of my work as a choreographer has as a base the human encounter, belonging and longing.

From 2012 to 2016 I have worked intensively as a group coordinator in a performance, each time with a different group of 100 people on stage. My role became by itself the role of a caretaker, not by choice but by intuition. This work in particularly did underline my interest in working with people and holding space for them, attempting to have a more authentic relation with the ones involved, not trying to be perfect…

In 2019 I hosted for the first time “Pool of Emotions”, a gathering that stems from the wish to create a space for being naked together, with the twist in mind that the nudity would also allow other vulnerabilities to emerge. The focus remains on the potential of an encounter: the spontaneity of conscious touch, cuddles and care.
