About Me

I am a choreographer, sexological bodyworker, cuddle therapist, facilitator and space holder – working at the intersection of dance, somatics, intimacy, pleasure and social healing.

I work with body-based practices that center consent, vulnerability, erotic and emotional expression as tools for connection, creativity, and healing. My practice embraces both one-on-one sessions and collective spaces, with the intention of cultivating care, playfulness, and a deeper awareness of oneself and each other.

I am a Portuguese, able-bodied, white, cis-gendered, queer and neurodivergent person. I grew up in a low middle-class family in the suburbs of Lisbon. I moved to Berlin in 2013 and since 2025 I’m living between Berlin & Lisbon.

With a master’s in Solo/Dance/Authorship from HZT Berlin (2015), I consistently prioritize collective authorship over solo creation. In 2022, I completed my training as a certified Sexological Bodyworker – drawn to the way this practice combines hands-on work with embodied communication. Since then, I have been giving sessions and integrating bodywork practices into my artistic projects, envisioning both the studio and the session space as laboratories for rethinking human relations, intimacy, and care.

I bring my presence and intuition, together with the learnings gathered through experiences, embodied practice and the guidance of “teachers” —human and more-than-human. Whether in a studio, on stage, or in a one-on-one session, my work is rooted in a commitment to remembering and inviting others to remember that we are inseparable from nature: made of earth, breath, and dust.

My work invites softness as well as depth:
• creating spaces where armours can loosen
• where the muscle of vulnerability and playfulness can expand
• where erotic energy is welcomed as a source of knowledge and transformation

I see myself as someone who accompanies others in their journey while acknowledging that I don’t hold all the answers. Each session is a space of exchange, where I keep learning from each person I meet. Bodywork can move between being overwhelming and tender, yet it’s held in an atmosphere of safety, compassion, and celebration.

For me, intimacy and embodiment are forms of resistance against the pressures of normativity and the fast pace of contemporary life. The bodywork I offer invites moments of slowness, connection, and ritual. It is about letting the armour down, or softening it, slowly - so the system can integrate it.
